For instance choosing red, white and gold will take you through most of the holidays of the year. You can create swaths of white in a background and fill it in some 32 standard hues of white in large areas. Stand back and if you like what you see; go for an accent color, like red which strikes a bold shade, and then pipe these two colors with gold. Regardless of what you design, a room, an outfit, a garden; stay with a few classic colors for an elelgant effect. You can always add later; but remember, people and food will bring more color to the space. |
