COURSE OVERVIEW: PUBLICITY
COURSE REQUIREMENTS

Freedom to be anywhere in the world and still run your business, that's what web design means when it's done well. You can design your website to showcase and sell products and services; register new members; take reservations; assess inventory; provide resources for affiliates; teach courses and much, much more. A well designed website can take the place of staff, managers and sales people - and works without pay, benefits or bonuses for unlimited hours on end; always servicing on your behalf and calculating your prospective clients' needs and desires. You can market without a budget, take endless referrals, book yourself solid; make excellent presentations, stand out from the crowd, keep customers for life, reach out to teams and do business at the speed of thought - without being at your computer, or even at work. How? It starts with thinking about and making a list of services that you repeat regularly, which can be automated electronically; and in addition, what services you would like to provide for your current and prospective customers that can be automated and fun to do on the web.

This course neither teaches software nor computers. This course will take you through a series of web design methods and procedures to teach what you should know before, during and after designing a website; in classes that are paced and tiered to develop important aspects of web design. During this course we will cover web use with: email, e-greetings, research, instant messages, travel and bookings, chat, phone calls, blogs, meetings, music, TV, radio, games, films, directions, weather, product overview, ratings, reviews, news, sales and purchasing, medical issues, fun, banking and bill payment, tours, jobs, education and training, shared pictures and documents, stocks and trading, dictionary\thesaurus, networking, collaboration, live viewing e.g. nesting animals, invitations, calendar coordination, political\social campaigns, surveys, etc. And what information systems among these and others will work for your product\service delivery. Our discussions will include:

idea Class 1; Introduction: opens the subject of the class by sharing perspectives to consider and respond to in several ways.
floating ideas Class 2; Crictical Consciousness: requires your Intelligence, self-awareness & fortitude to create next steps toward developing yourself.
capturing an idea Class 3; Competitive Intelligence: grows your skills, talents, experience & critical thinking into viable, useful solutions to work with others.
teaching an idea Class 4; Conclusion: creates next steps toward developing and idea, project or venture framework and strategic plan.
